The Hive operates standard business hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for our general Co-Working and Mail members. For our Private Office members, dedicated keycard access is configured to allow access to your workspace from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. so you can work on a timeline that fits your business.

We are conveniently located right next door to River Bottom Roasters coffee shop. If you hit the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans, you’ve arrived! Our building features free parking and is completely wheelchair accessible to ensure everyone in our community can work comfortably.

Parking is completely hassle-free! We offer plenty of free parking located in both the front and the back of our office building, making it incredibly convenient for daily members, clients, and event attendees.

Yes, accessibility is a top priority for our colony! The Hive is fully wheelchair accessible with ADA-compliant entryways. 

To keep our operations seamless, paperless, and eco-friendly, all memberships, office leases, and space rentals are securely invoiced and processed through QuickBooks Online. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers directly through your digital invoice.

Yes! While we love hosting our members, our versatile community spaces are open to the public for weekend and evening rentals. We frequently host baby showers, local classes, business meetings, craft workshops, and catered gatherings. You can view availability and reserve your time slot directly through our online self-service booking calendar.

Our all-inclusive private offices strip away the hidden fees of commercial leasing. Your flat monthly rate covers your secure physical office space, high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, landscaping, alarm security, and a monthly allotment of private meeting room hours.

Community is the heartbeat of our colony. Our "Busy Bees" wall is a physical directory featured inside The Hive where members can display their business name or logo. It’s our way of encouraging networking, driving local referrals, and showing mutual support among our small business community.

We take the security of our members and their businesses seriously. The building is secured with advanced keycard access control so that only authorized members can enter after dark. Additionally, we maintain 24/7 surveillance cameras throughout the property for continuous monitoring and peace of mind.

Absolutely! All members have unlimited access to our fully equipped shared breakroom. It features a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, and a Keurig coffee station to keep you fueled throughout the day, plus plenty of counter space to prep your lunch or network with other small business owners.
